Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a Technology Grant, your organization must:
- Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Have an annual budget between $100,000 and $2,000,000
- Be under-resourced in technology (spreadsheets, paper, fragmented tools)
- Have a clear mission with active programs
- Have basic governance in place (board, bylaws)

Frequently Asked Questions
How many grants will be awarded?
We are awarding 2 Technology Grants in our first year. We would rather do a small number properly, with real setup, real data migration, and someone actually walking alongside you, than spread ourselves thin across a longer list.
What does the grant cover?
Each grant includes up to $5,000 in Argenta software, setup, data migration, and training, plus $1,000 in cash toward other technology you choose, an AI subscription, hardware, or software we don't provide. The exact mix depends on your organization's needs.
Is there a cost to apply?
No. There is no application fee, and the grant itself has no cost to recipients.
What if my organization's budget is outside the $100k-$2M range?
We encourage you to apply anyway and explain your situation. We consider each application individually and may make exceptions for compelling cases.
Can we apply again if we're not selected?
Yes! Organizations that are not selected in one grant cycle are welcome to apply in future cycles.
How long does implementation take?
Most implementations are completed within 2-4 months, depending on the complexity of your needs and your team's availability.
